Etiquette

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request communication 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the service total if the cancellation is not communicated, is given in less than 24 hours, or has been a reoccurrence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, please bring back the product within 14 days from the purchase date. We will then do a product exchange for a better fit. There must be 90% of the product remaining in the bottle to complete the exchange.
