FAQ

How far in advance do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we request at least a 24-hour notice.

We reserve the right to charge part of or all of the service amount if a cancellation notice is not given within 24 hours or if the appointment is missed.

Can I purchase a gift card, how and where can I do that?
Gift cards can be purchased in the salon or online, valid for 1 year after purchase.
Can I return a product I purchased from the salon?
If you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of the original purchase date for a product exchange. However, there must be 80% of the product remaining in the bottle.
Should I wash my hair before coming in for a color service?
No. We wash your hair as part of the service in most cases. However, the hair and scalp should not have excessive product buildup because it can make it difficult for hair color to achieve the desired result.
