What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

We understand that life can be busy and unexpected things happen. To help you manage your appointments we send out text reminders a week and then 24-hours before your appointment. If something has come up we kindly request that you opt to reschedule or give us a call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If you opt to reschedule we will give you a call, if you need to cancel please let us know at (515) 965-7950 

What are your salon policies?


  • Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to charge a percentage of the service total if the  appointment is missed.
  • Exchange Policy: You can return products (at least 80% must remain) within 14 days of original purchase date for a product exchange.
  • Redo Policy: If you are unhappy with your hair please let us know within a week of your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you to achieve your original vision.
What is the Points Plus System?

We want to say thank you to our guests whenever they support our small business. Every service dollar earns you 2 pts, retail dollar 3pts and prebooking 200 pts! With special bonuses for new guests and referrals, you will be able to move up our three tiers with exciting gifts at each level. Talk to your stylist about your reward status!

Why do I not see my stylist on online booking?

If you cannot find your service with your stylist, they may be fully booked. However we encourage you to give us a call so we can take a better look at availability or help accommodate you with another stylist to stay on track with your hair care. If you are looking for Kaitlyn, she is not available to book online due to the full nature of her schedule.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may require us to reschedule or adjust your services. Please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees for changing or canceling your appointment.
